The Compost Bucket is a 工具 created at the Crafting Table. Level 10 Farming is required to unlock the 配方. It can be used to take out Compost and Super Compost from the Compost Bin and Super Compost Bin, respectively, at a maximum of 150 units per bucket held in the Inventory.
When used on a 农耕 Plot, 10 units of either Compost or Super Compost will be used until a total of 50 units have been used to fully fertilize a plot.

Journal
The following text is transcribed from the Journal.
The first bucket on Gielinor was created by Mrs Hyacinth, to help her around the farm. They had buckets back on the human homeworld of Teragard, of course, but she hadn’t brought anything with her from the village Guthix had recruited her from.
The problem was that Mrs Hyacinth had a cow, named the traditional Bessie, that produced an unreasonable amount of manure, and Mrs Hyacinth needed something to help with the clear up.
She used local twigs, at first, weaving together more of a basket than a bucket, and the results were not as watertight as she had hoped. In the end, she meticulously combined strips of 木材, tied together with cord, and they were able to withstand even the worst of Bessie’s endeavours.
Now, you too can fill one of these marvelous contraptions with horrifically pungent compost. Spread the smelly stuff across your 农耕 plots and marvel at the health and happiness of your leafy little friends.
