The Draconic Visage is an award obtained from the Wise Old Man in exchange for Velgar's Head, which is obtained by killing Velgar during or after the 任务 Dragon Slayer. It can be used to upgrade the Anti-Dragon Shield into the Dragonblight Shield.

- The Visage appearance resembles that of an Wyvern and Skeletal Visage.
- Unlike Old School RuneScape and RuneScape, the visage is not dropped by Velgar, it is instead handed to the players as an award.

- ↑ 龙族 杀戮 must be completed to start the 任务 Withering Heights. Starting Withering Heights is required to enter Fellhollow.
