Everything dies, this is the truth of existence. Even mountains and forests will eventually fall. Time is the great equaliser that consumes stars and mayflies with equal relish, and every living being always fights against it.
Magicians and alchemists have gone mad trying to defeat the arrow of time, doing whatever is possible to stall death’s embrace. This 戒指 is one of the most successful approaches so far.
The 戒指 stores magical energy within the band and at the moment where death should claim it’s quarry, the 戒指 cracks and the power is 发布, infusing their host with a burst of 魔法 – undoing damage and restoring health.
