Internal Alchemy is a spell that is unlocked at level 20 Cooking. When used, it refreshes any active buffs from food or drink. This 法术 does not affect buffs received from potions or other perk-giving items aside from 食物 and drink.

Due to the long cast time of the 法术, players will need at least 6 seconds left on their current buffs for them to be refreshed; otherwise they will run out and the 法术 will be wasted.
