采矿 is a strenuous task. Each swing of that 镐 makes your muscles ache and your bones quiver. Exhaustion creeps into your soul and takes root, making it take longer and longer to gather that precious 矿石.
This 药剂 acts as a pick-me-up. An energizing drink that makes you a 怪物 of a miner, able to swing your 镐 as though it barely weighs anything at all.
