Milliburn Rasmodel, also known as Lord Rasmodel, and the Black Knight Titan is a Power level 6 boss monster, 发布 with Dowdun Reach. He is the old commander of the Black Knights within Dowdun Reach, who was resurrected by the Dreaming Stone, and guards the passageway to the Umbral Sands.

History
Milliburn was the eldest son of the Rasmodels' house, a noble house from the mainland, who worshipped Saradomin before rebelling against him. When the Children of Shadows became allied with the family, Milliburn's brother would play pranks on the members who became bodyguards to the nobles. When his father died, he became the head of the house. During his rule, he kept having dreams and visions, which eventually led him to believe that he needed to form the Shadow Knights, believing Imaru, Xikotal, and Fellhollow itself could not be trusted.
After reforming the Children of Shadows into the Black Knights, Milliburn would continue to rule over Dowdun Reach. After the Dragon Rebellion, when Kuldra ordered her dragons to lay waste to the inhabitants of Ashenfall, the Black Knights were able to hold their own against the 龙族 attacks. Their defences were greatly strengthened thanks to the Dreaming 石头, but it would sow whisper and madness in his and others' minds. After a period of time with the 石头, which had caused distrust, Milliburn had decided to destroy it, finally being free of the madness. Before he could do anything else, his family, the Rasmodel house, would appear before him, telling him to rest, that they would take it from here. Now his 胸甲 remains within the Black Knight's Fortress, controlled by his insanity and unknowingly guarding the way to Umbral Sands.

The Dreaming 石头 had been shattered.
Lord Rasmodel, on his knees, heard no voices. For the first time in too, too long, he could hear his own breath. His heart played a welcome beat. For decades, he had felt like he floated above the world. Now he was part of it again.
Footsteps. Lord Rasmodel lifted his head wearily. Who would interrupt this moment?
Tinging around him was his family. The Rasmodels. They were all there - all the ones he knew, and loved and had met. They were dressed as the finest nobility, the Rasmodels at their height. They had regained their standing - the name meant something again.
His father knelt down and lifted Lord Rasmodel's bloody chin. Their eyes met. " Rest," his father said. "We will take it from here."
Milliburn Rasmodel, twenty-fifth Lord of Rasmodel, took his retirement.

- There is one RuneScape-inspired appearance: He also has a cloth around his waist instead of just having shorts.
- This is the first, and only region-boss in the game to have an actual weakness.
