The Draconic 法杖 is a Power level 4 two-handed 法杖 that can be crafted at the Mystic Forge after studying the Vestige, Parts of a Sinister-Looking Staff. This Vestige can be found in a chest on the western wall outside of the Dragonkin Vault, in Ashien's Watch.

The following text is transcribed from the Journal.
Rasthin was a powerful sorceress, even among the dragonkin. She had mastered all manner of spells and was even schooled in the techniques from the previous Revision.
Still, 魔法 as an art was largely looked down upon by dragonkin society. It was considered vulgar and the obsession of children. Alchemy and science were the real way forward. In part, it’s because of the connection between 魔法 and the hated Elder Gods, and the dragonkin feared rousing, further, their anger.
But Rasthin knew the value of 魔法, as did the other members of her group. She created a 法杖, forged from glittering crystal and anima-infused 铁, which allowed her to channel her 魔法 into powerful spells.
Yet, even with a 武器 as powerful as this, she discarded her 魔法 when she uncovered the power of Ashenfall – preferring, instead, to enjoy her newfound connection with elemental flame.
Still, the remnants of the 法杖 pulse with potential, and while they may never reach the might of their former power, they remain mighty 魔法 tools, just waiting to be crafted.
