Wild Lapulis Vines can be found in the Stormtouched Highlands. They will remain inactive until a player is detected nearby; despite their affinity for shock 魔法, they can still be damaged by lightning strikes.

Attacks

Double Head Slam: The Lapulis will slam both of its heads in the direction of the player. This will generate a small shock field, damage the player, and inflict the Shocked status effect if they do not dodge.
Shock Missile: The Lapulis will launch a projectile that will inflict the Shocked status effect and damage the player.
Root 攻击: The Lapulis will send its roots underground to impale the player; dodge to avoid, this 攻击 will stagger the player.

Strategy

Close the width on the vine so that the plant only uses its double slam 攻击, which can be easily parried or blocked. Players can also 攻击 the vine by attacking from 20–25 metres away with 远程 or 魔法.

These plants have become infused with the storms that occasionally rage across Ashenfall. They have absorbed the 魔法 into their cells and are ready to turn them against any that might approach. While mindless, these plants are filled with a desire to turn their electrified fury upon any that come near them, ready to shock anything not adequately prepared.

The dragonkin would cultivate these plants, the seeds having been brought with them from the city of Orthen. They would use the oil, generated by crushing the bulbs, in strange alchemies, the uses of which have yet to be fully discovered.
