A Medium Wardstone is a wardstone that recharges a player's 护甲 with 60 lifeward in one second, but will inflict 25 Soulscourge on the player.

When used in wardstones, they allow for more powerful effects at no greater cost to the soul itself. Drawing out more of the ambient anima within a person, whilst minimizing the damage done.
